About Us - The Maxx Project.

The website as we now know it, has actually been in the works since 1997. Back then it had no real name or identity. It all started as a personal project in an effort to learn web programming and designs.
Over the years it has slowly evolved into what it is today. In the year 2000, the name Actionmaxx was choosen.

As a student, attending Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas, I realized from a very early stage that I wanted to be an entrepreneur. I knew that I could not do the nine to five routine for too long, so I worked hard towards the pursuit of becoming self sufficient. Becoming my own boss.

It has been a long and tedious journey for me, but somehow, I continue to find the strength and sense of purpose to keep this thing going. To speak the truth, I really have no idea where this will all lead to, whether it will eventually be a success and I will realize some kind of accomplishment for all the years I've spent developing this, or if one day, I will simply lose faith and shut it down.

I am optimistic, and somewhere deep inside me I believe that this will work. But I started this on my own and over the years I have done everything you see here as a one man machine. Teaching myself everything I needed to know to get it done. It has been a daunting task, but so far I have managed to keep going. However due to limited resources both financially and human, I have no choice but to move at a pace that is humanly possible.

It has taken time, and most likely it will take some more time. I have endured alot of setbacks, disappointments, betrayals and most of all, due to the recent economic situation here in the states, I had to seek employment, however my faith in God is unwavering and I pray everyday for health and strength so I can find a way to bypass all the problems that has plagued this project that is so dear to my heart.
